PARIS : The city of blinding lights

Travelling by the Channel from London to Paris was an incredible experience, The lustrous mountains and crystal blue sky were able to bee seen on my journey. The second I stepped out of the Paris station I immediately felt that Paris has its own unique rhythm to other cities. It may be the heritage antique buildings surrounding the streets or the Parisian artists, the rivers that pass through the stunning city or could it be simply the fact that Paris is the worlds fashion capital. The range of post modern and eclectic fashion overpowers the city especially during fashion week. Then again Paris is the home to most of the worlds luxurious high fashion companies. Walking down the Champs Elysée heading to the Louis Vuitton Flagship was like walking down a personal line of shops set in place just for me. This amazing street consisted of some of the most beautiful stores accompanied by striking window displays. A vivid mix of glistening lights were on display. The focal point from where I was standing was the Arc de Triomphe with the several roads surrounding it. Paris seemed to be revolving around the Triomphe like it was the centre. The Paris opera is another one of my favourite buildings due to its beautiful and intricate exteriors and interiors with a touch of Gothic Parisian fusion. Just observe the colour and light and you will see the enchantment of this city. Through my exploration of the back streets and cafes I discovered classic meals, talented artists and lavish small boutiques that enhanced my thoughts on the city itself. I would finish each day with a gorgeous French meal overlooking the city. All I can say is that Paris has its own distinct vibe, the city immediately engrosses you into it's culture, fashion, food, and history. It is truly one of the most stunning cities. The city of blinding lights...
